Criminal Original Petition under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code to direct the respondents 2 and 3 herein not to harass the petitioner and his wife based on the false complaint of MR.Thinakar under the guise of enquiry.

ORDER
This Criminal Original petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the petitioners are arrayed as accused 1 and 2 in Crime No.127 of 2024.

Under such circumstances, once the regular FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondent.
