This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Paragraph Nos.10 and 11 in Crl.M.P.No.1850 of 2025 dated 04.03.2025 on the file of the Hon'ble Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai, directing the detention of the petitioner in the Special Camp.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, submitted that the Government has issued G.O. (1D) No.247, Public (Foreigner.I) Department, dated 11.04.2025, directing the detention of the petitioner in the Special Camp.
