Diwakar COMMON ORDER The Civil Revision Petitions have been filed against order and decreetal order made in I.A.Nos.485 and 486 of 2013 in I.A.No.498 of 2010 in O.S.No.105 of 2010 on the file of Sub Court, Nilgiris at Uthagamandalam dated 18.11.2013.

The learned counsel for the petitioner, after making elaborate
arguments, sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petitions. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect.

Mr.C.A. Diwakar, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that the petitioner has filed the above Civil Revision Petitions, after a lapse of fourteen months and obtained an order of Interim Stay and by virtue of the Interim Stay, the petitioner had put up illegal construction in the property.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, since the petitioner wants to withdraw the Civil Revision Petitions, permission is granted to the petitioners to withdraw the Civil Revision Petitions.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, both the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected MPs are closed. 6.
Since the suit in O.S.No.105 of 2010 is pending from the year 2010, I direct the Sub Judge of Nilgiris at Uthagamandalam to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.105 of 2010, on merits and in accordance with law,
