ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the petitioner's wife namely Masilamani, aged about 28 years and petitioner's minor daughter named Anusri, aged 6 years before this Court and set them at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the detenus have already been secured and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

produced before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Pollachi on 13.05.2019. The first detenue viz., the wife of the petitioner has given a statement before the said Court and a copy of the same has also been produced before this Court. 3.In view of the above, we do not find any illegal detention involved in this case and the habeas corpus petition stands closed.
