This application has been filed by the applicants to order substituted service for the defendants 14, 19, 20 and 23 in the above suit by paper publication in one issue of Makkal Kural.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of this application, this application is allowed .

4. The applicants are permitted to effect paper publication in one issue of "Makkal Kural" Tamil daily in the Chennai Edition mentioning the date of hearing as 05.04.2024.

5. List the main suit before this court on 05.04.2024.
