O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by M.DURAISWAMY, J.) The petitioner has filed the above writ petition as a Public Interest Litigation to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.03.2022 and consequently not to grant any permission to conduct any function near the Thalanayiru Mathakadi Bus Stop.
2. When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, Mr. P. Muthukumar, learned Government Pleader taking notice for the respondents submitted that the fourth respondent had already passed an order on 12.04.2022, imposing Section 144 (3) of CrPC proceedings prohibiting any assembly of more than two person in number between 6:00 am on 13.04.2022 to midnight of 17.04.2022.
3. The learned Government Pleader has also produced a copy of the order dated 12.04.2022.
4. In view of the order passed by the fourth respondent, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition may be closed.
5. Having regard to the submission made by learned counsel on either side and taking note of the order passed by the fourth respondent dated 12.04.2022, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
