This application has been filed seeking leave to sue the respondent / defendant, who is having its office outside the jurisdiction of this Court.

2. The suit has been filed for recovery of money for the alleged non payment of the value of the oil supplied by the plaintiff to the defendant. The plaintiff is having its office at Chennai and as seen from the plaint averments, payments were also liable to paid only to the plaintiff's bank account at Chennai. The part payments were also paid by the defendant to the plaintiff's bank account only at Chennai.

3. Since a major part of cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court, this Court is inclined to grant Leave to Sue as prayed for in A. No 1596 of 2024.
