Prayer: Criminal Original petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondent to register the FIR based on the petitioner complaint dated 05.03.2022 vide C.S.R.No.3165 of 2022 dated 11.03.2021 pending on the file respondent.

ORDER

This petition has been filed, to direct the respondent to register the FIR based on the petitioner complaint dated 05.03.2022 vide C.S.R.No.3165 of 2022 dated 11.03.2021 pending on the file respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that based on the petitioner's complaint dated 05.03.2022, enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.3165 of 2022 by the respondent on 11.03.2021. During the course of investigation, it was found that there was a landlord and tenant relationship and the respondent has closed the enquiry.

3. At this Juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the closure report has not been served on the petitioner so far.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the closure report, the petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition and to challenge the same before the appropriate forum.
