(CR.NO.203 OF 2022) For Petitioner : M/S.S.SARANRAJ Advocate For Respondent : MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Section 147, 148, 294(b), 324, 341, 397, 506(ii) and 307 of I.P.C., in Crime No.203 of 2022, on the file of respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioner herein is arrayed as A2 in a case registered against fourteen persons for the alleged offence under Section 147, 148, 294(b), 324, 341, 397, 506(ii) and 307 of I.P.C. The F.I.R given by one Suresh S/o.Mani reveals that, this petitioner along with other accused had come to the place of the defacto complainant and attacked the defacto complainant and his friends, who are talking with him. In the said assault, this petitioner has attacked the defacto complainant on his head, forehead and shoulder and also smashed away his cell phone. The other accused persons have attacked the friends of the defacto complainant. Totally four injured including the defacto complainant. The injuries are caused by knife and most of the injury are on his head and shoulder. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The Learned Counsel for the petitioner would state that, the injuries are simple and victim got discharged on the same day.

4. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent would state that, the petitioner is a history sheeter having six previous cases of similar nature. He was also detained under Act 14 of 1982 and history sheeter has opened against him. That apart, on reading the F.I.R, this Court finds that, the petitioner and his associates have come to the place of the defacto complainant and had enquired about, who is selling Ganja without his knowledge. Since investigation could not be proceeded without securing this accused. In this case, totally 14 accused, only 9 were arrested.

5. For the reason stated above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
