Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to cancel the settlement deed dated 09.09.2009, registered as document No.7263/2009 on the file of SRO-Arani and subsequent settlement deed dated 04.01.2016, registered as document No.23/2016 on the file of SRO-Arani, which has been held as fraudulent as per proceedings in Na.Ka.No.2960/A1/2016, dated 10.04.2017 on the file of 2nd respondent and direct the 3rd respondent to register the cancellation of the documents.

(The case has been heard through video conference) Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition challenging the order passed by the 2nd respondent District Registrar.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition challenging the order passed by the 2nd respondent District Registrar, Cheyyar, Thiruvannamalai Dt. No costs.
