ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders made in Crl.O.P.No.1985 of 2025 dated 05.02.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1985 of 2025 dated 05.02.2025 is relaxed.
