CRIME NO.01/2022.

Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner herein by this Honble Court in Crl.O.P. No.4255 of 2022 by an Order dated 14.03.2022 in directing the Petitioner to appear before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 am until further orders and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumsntances of the case and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.MURUGANANTHAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.4255 of 2022 by an order dated 14.03.2022. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation is yet to be completed and hence the petition for relaxation may be modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer once in a week.

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m. is modified to the effect that the petitioner should report before the Investigating Officer on every Sunday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.
