O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) We do not see any ground to entertain the review application. Both the writ petition as well as in the writ appeal, it was concurrently concluded that the petitioner's application before the Conciliation Officer itself was barred by time.

2. Mr.S.T.Varadarajalu, learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks to put up a new interpretation and contend that when the High Court had granted him four weeks time in the earlier round of litigation, a fresh period of limitation would start from the date of the order of the High Court. Even that was considered and the period between 15.03.2020 and 28.02.2022 was already excluded. Therefore, we are unable to see any ground to review the order. This Review Application is therefore, dismissed. No costs.
