2. The petitioner has submitted a review petition against the order of removal from service on 24.02.2020 and seeks a direction for disposal of the Review Petition.

3. Heard the submissions made on either side and perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the limited prayer, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is given to the respondent to consider the review petition on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders either accepting or rejecting the petition within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
