O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram to issue final notices to the witnesses in CC.No.558 of 2009 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner/accused is not regularly appearing before the Trial Court. Therefore, the Trial Court is unable to proceed with the examination of witness.

4. Under such circumstances, the petitioner/accused is directed to appear before the Trial Court and co-operate with the trial. The Trial Court is directed to issue summons to the witnesses and proceed in accordance with law and complete the trial expeditiously. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
