This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents police not to harass the petitioner based on the representation made by the petitioner before the first respondent dated 19.03.2019.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that there is a money dispute between the petitioner and the counter party. Therefore, it is civil in nature. The second respondent police has no role to play in this matter.
4. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
case, this Court directs the respondents police not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.
5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
