ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition 7(b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" which was imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4605 of 2025 dated 21.02.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; that the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4605 of 2025 dated 21.02.2025 is relaxed.
