This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent as respondents 8 to 10.

2.In the affidavit it had been stated that the 1st respondent had died on 04.10.2020. It had been stated that the said intimation regarding the death of the 1st respondent was informed by the counsel through letter dated 25.03.2022. It had been stated that the application has been filed within the period of limitation.

3.In view of these facts, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
