The petitioner has filed this contempt petition to punish the respondent for willful and deliberate disobedience of the order passed by this Court dated 06.03.2018 in W.P.No.353 of 2018.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that pointing out various discrepancies as well as the legal claims with regard to the title over the property which is said to be collateral, the respondent rejected the claim of the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, the contempt petition stands closed leaving it open to the petitioner to approach the authority with proper documents for appropriate relief.
