ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner for the property, morefully
described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, based on the petitioner's online application dated 22.12.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2.The petitioner seeks for issuance of patta in his name for the property, morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition. He has given an online application on 22.12.2025 to the respondents seeking for issuance of patta in his name. Since the said online application has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3.Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4.No prejudice would be caused to the first respondent if the petitioner's online application as stated supra, is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections from the neighbouring land owners, if any or any other third party whom the first respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's online application.
6.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's online application dated 22.12.2025 seeking for issuance of patta in his name for the property, morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, after hearing the objections from the neighbouring land owners, if any or any other third party whom the first respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
