ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents No.1 to 3 to issue land allotment deed and No Objection Certificate for the land to an extent of 0.53. Hectare in Survey No.397/11 (Re- Survey No.46/1B1); 0.37.0 Hectare in Survey No.407/8 and a Common Well situated in land to an extent of 0.04.0 Hectare in Survey No.407/9 at 7B- Kongarpalayam Village, Gobichettipalayam Taluk, Erode District and further, the petitioner has sought for a direction to the respondents 3 and 4 to effect free agriculture electricity connection in No.310-0218- 100 for 5HP bore well under Tatkal Self Financing Scheme (17- 18)/ FTSFS 18-19 situated in Survey No. 397/11 at 7BKongarpalayam Village, Gobichettipalayam Taluk, Erode District upon receipt of "No Objection Certificate".

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. With the consent of both sides, the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing at the admission stage itself.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that he is in possession of the lands measuring to an extent of 0.53. Hectare in Survey No.397/11 (Re- Survey No.46/1B1); 0.37.0 Hectare in Survey No.407/8 and a Common Well situated

in land to an extent of 0.04.0 Hectare in Survey No.407/9 at 7BKongarpalayam Village, Gobichettipalayam Taluk, Erode District which was allotted to his father Chinna Ayyannan by the Bhoodan Co-operative Farm Society. His father applied for free agricultural electricity connection for installation of 5 HP bore well on 09.03.2006 which was registered on 14.03.2006. Thereafter, on the instructions of the fifth respondent, the petitioner made an application under Self Financing Scheme for the aforesaid bore well which was registered on 16.02.2018 and paid a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- under Tatkal Scheme on 23.07.2018. On 14.10.

2020, he was directed by the fifth respondent to get 'No Objection Certificate' from the second respondent, for which he made a representation to the second and first respondent, the first respondent in turn directed the second respondent to submit a report, for which the second respondent received a report from the third respondent, who has only sent the report recommending for the land allotment in Survey No.397/11 instead of the entire lands which made the second respondent to remand the matter back to the third respondent, who in turn directed the Revenue Inspector, Vaniputtur to conduct an enquiry in regard to the subject issue on 24.01.2025 and thereafter, there was no progress. Due to the inaction of the respondents, the petitioner made a representation to the District Collector, Erode on 21.07.

2025, which also evoked no response and hence, the present Writ Petition.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner and to pass appropriate orders in the subject issue, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
