This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 7th respondent as respondents 8 to 10.

2.In the affidavit it had been stated that the 7th respondent had died on 04.10.2020. It had been stated that the said intimation regarding the death of the 7th respondent was informed by the counsel through letter dated 25.03.2022. It had been stated that the application has been filed within the period of limitation.

3.In view of these facts, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title in A.S.No.176 of 2017 indicating the death of the 7th respondent and bringing his legal representatives as respondents 8 to 10. 22.04.2022 smv 2/3 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
