ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to dispose the case in C.C.No.2090 of 2015 pending on the file of the Additional Mahila Court at Allikulam as early as possible. 2.Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer in the petition was wrongly mentioned. This Court recorded the above submission. 3.The limited prayer sought for in the present Petition is for seeking speedy disposal of the case in C.C. No.2090 of 2015. Since, the case is of the year 2015, it would be appropriate for this Court to give time limit for disposal of the case as expeditiously as possible.

4. Hence, there shall be a direction to the learned Additional Mahila Court Judge, Allikulam, Egmore, Chennai, to dispose of the case, within a period of six months from date of receipt of a copy of this order.
