ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for direction directing the IIIrd Additional Family Court at Chennai to take the petition filed by the petitioner in SR.No.402 of 2025 under Section 147 of BNSS Act 2023 and number the same if it is otherwise in order in accordance with law and merits and also to commence the proceedings of the same and to dispose the same as

expeditiously as possible within a stipulated period of time.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, the IIIrd Additional Family Court at Chennai is directed to take the petition filed by the petitioner in SR.No.402 of 2025 under Section 147 of BNSS Act, 2023 on file and number the same, if it is otherwise in order and proceed with the same in accordance with law.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
