ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.29924 of 2024 on 24.01.2025 that the Page No.1 of 4

petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 06.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para no.10(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.29924 of 2024 dated 24.01.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police twice a week, i.e., on the Monday and Tuesday of every week at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
