2647/2016) Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.C.JAYAPRAKASH GOVERNMENT COUNSEL, for the petitioner and of MR.

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 909 days in filing the Writ Appeal against the order dated 10.04.2013 made in W.P.No.20947 of 2011.

2. Mr.Alagugoutham Muthappan, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondent.

3. Heard the learned Government Counsel for the appellants and the learned counsel for the respondent.

4. Having heard the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on both sides and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, we allow this Civil Miscellaneous Petition and condone the delay on condition that the appellants shall pay a sum of Rs.3,000/-(Rupees three thousand only) to High Court Advocates' Clerks' Association within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the order shall stand automatically cancelled without reference to the Court.
