Learned counsel for the respondent after due compliance of the directions has filed the memo enclosing the sale deed, handing over of possession and completion certificate. The compliance memorandum is taken on record and the contempt is closed. However, there is a request by the learned counsel for petitioner for getting some no objection letter in compliance with RERA. When he approaches with such a request the respondent is directed to consider the same.
