ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register the case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 21.05.2015 and direct the respondent to enquire the case within a stipulated time framed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged a complaint dated 21.05.2015 before the respondent Police with regard to missing of lorry bearing Registration No.TN20 AB 1863.

4. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner has not attached any supporting documents of the alleged vehicle along with the complaint.

5. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to give a copy of the complaint in person enclosing complete details of the missing vehicle to the respondent Police and on such complaint being https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken expeditiously.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
