This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned III-Additional Family Court Judge, Chennai to entertain the petition filed by the petitioner in S.R.No.248 of 2025 dated 27.01.2025 under Section 147 of BNSS Act, 2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and perused the available materials on record.

Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the IIIAdditional Family Court, Chennai, is directed to take the petition filed by the petitioner in S.R.No.248 of 2025 dated 27.01.2025 under Section 147 of BNSS Act, 2023, on file and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with the law, if not already taken on file.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
