The petition is filed under Section 372 of the Indian Succession Act 1925 read with Order XXV Rule 6 of Original Side Rules, 1956, seeking Succession Certificate for the securities of Pragji K. Shah, father of the petitioner, who died intestate on 11.03.2015.

2. The list of the securities have been given in the schedule to the petition. The mother of the petitioner also died on 27.04.2021. The petitioner was directed to tender evidence. The death certificate of his father and the legal heirship certificate of his father were marked as Exs. P1 and P2. The death certificate of the his mother and legal heirship certificate of his mother were marked as P3 and P4. The details regarding the certificates were marked as Exs.P5 - P8.
