(Order of the Court was made by N.Kirubakaran, J) This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in H.C.P.No.569 of 2020 dated 19.03.2020 by a further period of thirty days from 25.03.2020 to 04.04.2020 without police escort.

2.Heard the parties. It is seen from the records that the detenu has been recently granted leave from 20.03.2020 to 25.03.2020 and hence, this petition for extension of leave cannot be granted at this juncture.

Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
