(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) On hearing the learned counsel for parties, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that he would like to move the concerned authorities, which have to further examine the proposal of respondent No.8 pursuant to the conditional No Objection Certificate granted by respondent No.2 and thus, seeks to withdraw the writ petition. Endorsement has been made.
2. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn in terms aforesaid. No costs. Consequently, WMP.Nos.13482 to 13484 of 2016 are closed.
