The applicant has filed the suit for recovery of money for the goods supplied by him. It is asserted by the applicant in the affidavit filed in support of this application that the goods were supplied from Purasawakkam, Chennai to the respondent.

2. It is the case of the applicant that the goods are supplied from Chennai and hence part of the cause of action arose within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court.
