This petition is filed to condone the delay of 75 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.C.Ramesh Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.D.Ramesh Kumar, learned counsel for respondents 1 to 4. Despite notice having been served, none appears for respondents 5 and 6.

The delay is 75 days only. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 75 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
