ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 324, 302 of IPC in Crime No.65 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. According to the prosecution, the petitioners and other accused persons, entered into the house of the defacto complainant and attacked the defacto complainant and his friend with knife and caused injuries. Thereafter, the said Jayamani, defacto complainants friend died. Hence, the respondent police registered a case against the petitioners and other accused person.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have nothing to do with the said allegation and a false case has been foisted on the petitioners only on suspicious. The petitioners are in custody from 01.04.2021.

4. The learned Public Prosecutor would submit that there are four previous cases against the first petitioner and there are two previous cases pending against the second petitioner similar in nature and investigation is still pending. Hence, he opposed to grant bail to the petitioners.

5. Considering the gravity of the accusation against the petitioners and there are previous cases pending against the accused persons, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to them.
