2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in 3rd line in paragraph No.2 and in 4th line in paragraph No.3 instead of mentioning relevant provision as Order XXII Rule 3(2) C.P.C., it is mentioned as Order XX Rule 3(2) C.P.C.

3. This is an inadvertent error and it is now corrected.
