WMP No.9069 of 2022 in W.P.No.9310 of 2022 D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.

Inview of payment of deficit court fee is concerned, the present writ petition is treated as it was filed by the first petitioner, viz., S.Duraidass.

Insofar as other petitioners are concerned, liberty is granted to them to file fresh separate writ petitions.

Further, the typed set of papers filed in this writ petition shall be treated as common typed set of papers.

2. With the above direction, this petition is ordered.
