Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.02.2022 and consequently direct the respondents to shift the water tank from the said property.

The petitioner has come out with the present Writ Petition for a direction to the respondents to consider her representation dated 28.02.2022 and consequently, for a direction to the respondents to shift the water tank from the property of the petitioner.
2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.Alagu Gowtham, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 & 3 as well as Mr.C.Sathish, learned Government Advocate appearing for the 2nd respondent submitted that the water tank is kept in the corner of the Government natham poramboke land and not in the plot allotted to the petitioner. 3.In view of the above submissions made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 & 3 as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the 2nd respondent, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect.
