O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by M.VENUGOPAL, J.] Heard the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondent.

2. The Petitioner, being the mother of Suryakumar [son] has preferred the instant Writ of Habeas Corpus Petition before this Court praying for passing of an Order in directing the Respondent to produce the Detenue, viz., Suryakumar aged about 25 years bodily or in person.

3. The Detenue, Suryakumar is produced by the Respondent / Police. This Court has enquired the Petitioner's son, Suriyakumar, who informed before this Court that his Date of Birth is 11.11.1992 and he was working in a Car Company, by name Raja Sri Ford and he left to his friend Manja's Workshop at Mysore were he worked on a monthly salary of Rs.10,000/- and from the Bannari Temple at Sathyamangalam on 31.03.2018, he phoned up to his mother and informed her that he is within the Temple Precincts and his parents went there and brought https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

him to his native place.

4. According to the Detenue, Suryakumar, he married his aunt's daughter, viz., Jayalakshmi, who is working as nurse, at PSG Hospital, Coimbatore on a monthly salary of Rs.12,000/- and she is at present residing in her parents house at Cheraman Nagar, Coimbatore.

5. Inasmuch as the Petitioner's son, Suryakumar, Detenue is produced before this Court by the Respondent-Police and since he being a major and has expressed his desire to go along with his Mother/Petitioner, this Court disposes of the present Habeas Corpus Petition by permitting the Detenue, Suryakumar to go along with his mother.
