ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.16145 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.21808 of 2024 by the order dated 19.11.2024 to appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21808 of 2024 by the order dated 12.09.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.16145 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.21808 of 2024 dated 19.11.2024 is relaxed.
4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 20.03.2025 Page No.2 of 4
