Standing Counsel for Transport Corporation COMMON ORDER The present contempt petitions are filed seeking to punish the respondents for having committed contempt of court by disobeying the orders of this Court dated 23.02.2017 passed in W.P.Nos.4485, 4487, 4486 & 4484 of 2017 respectively.

3.The learned Standing Counsel Mr.K.J.Sivakumar appearing for the Transport Corporation submitted that he has been instructed to submit before this Court that the order of the writ Court has been complied with. 4.Recording the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Transport Corporation, this Court is of the view that the disobedience alleged is not willful in nature. 5.Accordingly, the contempt petitions stand closed. In case, the petitioners are aggrieved against the order of the respondents, it is open to them to challenge the same in accordance with law.
