ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 294(B), 324 and 506(II) of IPC in Crime No.100 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.
The petitioners herein granted anticipatory bail by this Court on 23.12.2021 on condition that 1st petitioner should report before the respondent police every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation and the 2nd petitioner being lady is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation also they were directed to execute bond for Rs.10,000/- with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the Magistrate.

The petitioners have not complied the condition that they neither executed the bond and sureties nor reported before the Investigation Officer weekly once and co-operate with the investigation, this has allowed to file absconding final report by the respondent police. While so, the present anticipatory bail petition is filed stating that the petitioners were unable to execute https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
a bond and report before the Investigation Officer and participate in the investigation due to health issues and difficulty in arranging surety.
4. This Court finds that the condition imposed for enjoying liberty is not an honours condition further they have failed to comply the condition and co-operate for the investigation. Having failed to comply the anticipatory bail condition, no sympathy can be shown to the petitioners who have grossly violated the anticipatory bail condition. Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
