O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore at Chennai to complete the trial and disposal in C.C.No.8980 of 2014 pending on his file within a specific period of time fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the next hearing of the case in

C.C.No.8980 of 2014 pending on the file of learned XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore at Chennai is on 22.06.2022.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the learned XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore at Chennai to complete the trial and dispose of the case in C.C.No.8980 of 2014, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
