Crl.M.P.No.4757 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.29553 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.29553 of 2022 dated 05.12.2022 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and also he shall appear before the trial Court for every hearing without fail.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the investigation has not been completed and the final report has not been filed before the trial Court so far. He would submit that as and when the final report is filed before the trial Court and summons issued the petitioner undertakes to appear before the trial Court.

3. In view of the above, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.29553 of 2022 dated 05.12.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear on receipt of summons.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
