This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 08.02.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.2539 of 2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall continue to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a further period of 10 days and thereafter, weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
