The learned counsel for the writ petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the Department brought to the notice of this Court that, out of 11 writ petitioners, 7 writ petitioners were appointed and they are serving. Thus, their grievances are already redressed. In respect of the other 4 writ petitioners, if they are aggrieved, they are at liberty to file representation to the authorities and in the event of submitting such representations, the same shall be considered on merits and in accordance with law.
