(CRIME NO.85 OF 2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition (b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on Every Wednesday at 10.30 am until further orders imposed by this Hon`ble court in the order dated 03.02.2022 made in Crl.O.P.No. 2559 of 2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.DINESHKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court from 23.03.2022 to 20.04.2022 and the investigation is not completed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Considering the fact that the petitioner is reporting before the respondent police on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m. only from 23.03.2022 and the investigation is not completed, the present petition for relaxation of bail condition shall not be entertained at this stage.
