ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.16090 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.24099 of 2024, dated 19.11.2024, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police on first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.
