Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to issue house site patta in the petitioners' names in respect of land in survey No.304 of Soppatti Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District by considering petitioners' representations dated 17.04.2017. For Petitioners : Mr.K.Thiruvengadam (in all W.Ps') For Respondents : Mr.R.Rajeswaran (in all W.Ps') Special Government Pleader COMMON ORDER Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main Writ Petitions are taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioners have filed the above Writ Petitions to issue a writs of mandamus, directing the respondents to issue house site patta in their names in respect of land in survey No.304 of Soppatti Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District by considering their representations dated 17.04.2017. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that in spite of the petitioners' representations dated 17.04.2017 for the issuance of patta, the second respondent has not passed any order so far.
4.Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the second respondent may be directed to consider the petitioners' representations dated 17.04.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties. 5.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the matter, I direct the second respondent to consider the petitioners' representations dated 17.04.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With this observation, the Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
