O R D E R

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.2917 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.586 of 2017 dated 26.02.2019 that the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court once in three (3) months, pending disposal of the above Crl.A.No.586 of 2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. The learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court once in six (6) months, first working day in the month of January and July pending disposal of the above Crl.A.No.586 of 2017.
